match with guang yang was cancelled and it will be the last match.but next tue there will be a match with bishan park and must win the match to get at least 2 in the group.fri training was diff must do skipping ropes for dunno how long and carry some weights and do sit up then must carryy 15 kg weight do squads leg super pain can die after that field training.today training also do fitness train at bishan ite.must run three rounds then sprint up some freaking huge steps 6 times each time must go higher then do sit ups and push up.the running was like super tiring.after that was field training.yesterday went to cousin wedding wake up super early then super tired.at night wedding dinner eat until super full can die sia.but before wedding dinner go cousin house sleep and play com.
